A versatile, chemically stable, low bake or ultra-rapid curing epoxy powder coating converter is Sirgel Curing Agent HTP-306. The function of this product is to cure epoxy resin powder coatings at temperatures as low as 250 °F (121 °C). It is a free-flowing, pulverized amine mixture. This enables the application to temperature-sensitive surfaces and the use of energy-saving baking schedules. When hot melt combined or extruded in the conventional manner, epoxy resins can be used with Sirgel Curing Agent HTP-306. As a result, the epoxy resin and curing agent are blended into a genuinely homogenous blend that produces a cured film with exceptional performance and look. These characteristics make Sirgel Curing Agent HTP-306 a significant upgrade over the commonly used accelerated dicyandiamide type curing agents in thin film ornamental applications.
