HTW-208
Sirgel Curing Agent HTW-208 is a water reducible amine adduct that is added to water at a 60% solids content. Waterborne coatings can be designed to satisfy a range of end-use specifications when paired with the right epoxy resins.
HTW-608
Sirgel Resin HTW-608 is a liquid epoxy resin made especially for diluting with water. It creates resin in water emulsions when combined with epoxy curing chemicals and diluted with water. It works well as a modifier for grouts, concrete, mortars, stuccos, and Portland cement. It works well as a binder for membrane coatings, sealers, bond coats, base coats, and floor toppings applied with a trowel.
HTW-609
HTW-609 is a self emulsified waterbased modified epoxy resin with 100% solid content. It can be emulsified by water in a wide range of percentage (low to 30%) then formulated with waterborne epoxy curing agent to make coatings on concrete/metal surfaces When properly formulated.
HTW-611
Sirgel Resin HTW-611 is an aqueous, nonionic dispersion of bisphenol A epoxy resin, which has an equivalent weight of 187 when it is liquid. Mechanically stable and with a modest viscosity, Sirgel Resin HTW-611 is normally supplied at 60% nonvolatile. There are no organic solvents found. Due to its 100% water reducibility, Sirgel Resin HTW-611 offers a broad latitude for viscosity reduction.
HTW-612
Sirgel Resin HTW-612 is a bisphenol A epoxy resin aqueous dispersion that is nonionic and has an equivalent weight of 220-260. Mechanically stable and with a modest viscosity, Sirgel Resin HTW-612 is supplied at roughly 63% nonvolatile. There are no organic solvents found. Due to its 100% water reducibility, Sirgel Resin HTW-612 offers a broad latitude for viscosity reduction.
HTW-613
Sirgel Resin HTW-613 is intended for use in two-package, waterborne coatings. Sirgel Resin HTW-613 offers the potential for high performance aquatic systems when paired with suitable curing chemicals.
HTW-615
Sirgel Resin HTW-615 is an aqueous, nonionic dispersion of solid epoxy resin with a Durran’s melting point of 75 to 85 °C and an epoxide equivalent weight of 550 to 650. Mechanically stable, Sirgel Resin HTW-615 is supplied with a moderate viscosity. There are no organic solvents present. Due to its 100% water reducibility, Sirgel Resin HTW-615 offers a broad latitude for viscosity reduction. Since this dispersion is thixotropic, the viscometer’s spindle speed affects the viscosity values.
HTW-616
Sirgel Resin HTW-616 is intended for use in the formulation of fiber finishes/binders, film adhesives/primers, and industrial baking finishes. Epoxy coatings can be produced that perform comparably to solvent-borne epoxy coatings when crosslinked with the right resole, melamine, or urea-formaldehyde resin and baked.
HTW-617
Sirgel Resin HTW-617 is a urethane-modified epoxy resin dispersion in water that is nonionic and typically has an epoxide equivalent weight of 540. Mechanically stable and with a modest viscosity, Sirgel Resin HTW-617 is supplied at a nominal 60 percent nonvolatiles. There are no organic solvents found. Due to its 100% water reducibility, Sirgel Resin HTW-617 offers a broad latitude for viscosity reduction. Because of the thixotropic nature of this dispersion, spindle speed will affect viscosity values.
HTW-621
HTW-622
HTW-623
HTW-625
HTW-626
Sirgel Resin HTW-626 is a dispersion of nonionic resin. It is intended for use in the formulation of fiber finishes, adhesives, sizings, coatings, and binders. Sirgel Resin HTW-626 yields thermoset finishes with performance similar to solvent-borne epoxy finishes when crosslinked with a suitable resole, melamine, UF resin, dicyanamide, or other curative. In addition, this resin dispersion can be used with aqueous amine curing agents to create non-HAPS industrial ambient cure coatings.
HTW-627
HTW-628
Sirgel Resin HTW-628 can be used to make clear paints, enamels, and primers for metal, concrete, or masonary materials. Benefits include adhesion to moist concrete, quick cure at room temperature, low volatile organic content, good paint stability, long-term resistance to water and humidity, and corrosion resistance over a range of substrates.
HTW-629
Sirgel Resin HTW-629 is intended to deliver the excellent performance of conventional epoxy coatings in low VOC, non-HAP aqueous coatings while utilizing a minimal amount of solvent (acetone and propylene glycol monomethyl ether). Many water-reducible amine curing agents have suitable compatibility with Sirgel Resin HTW-629.
